What is the HiddenWines App?
The HiddenWines app helps you locate wines available at various restaurants. Search for wines by name, region, vintage, or other filters, and find the perfect pairing based on restaurant location and wine characteristics.
How do I subscribe to HiddenWines?
You can subscribe directly through the app using Apple's in-app purchase options. Open the app, navigate to the subscription section, and follow the prompts to complete your subscription using your Apple or Play Store account.
Can I try the app before subscribing?
Yes, the app offers a free trial period for new users. After the trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in a subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. The app cannot be used without an active subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your HiddenWines subscription in your Apple account settings. Open the Settings app on your device, tap on your Apple ID at the top, select 'Subscriptions,' and choose HiddenWines to make changes.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the app's premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will no longer be able to use the app until you resubscribe.
How can I restore my purchase if I reinstall the app or switch devices?
If you need to restore your subscription, open the HiddenWines app, go to the settings or subscription section, and tap 'Restore Purchase' to regain access to your subscription on a new device or after reinstalling.
